DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, March 8th at 2:00 p.m.\, American cellist Michael Carrera and pianist Christopher Durrenberger take the stage\, as the Music Department at Saddleback College presents Concert Hour\, a variety of individual and ensemble performances in Fine Arts Room 101. Admission is FREE and open to the public.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThroughout the years they have played in some of the world's greatest concert halls as a chamber musician\, concert soloist\, and recitalist.  Over the past two decades they have performed separately in nearly every continent at venues including Carnegie Hall\, Wigmore Hall in London\, and the Cairo Opera House in Egypt. Recently\, they teamed up to play piano trios of Brahms and Beethoven on a tour of China and are now reunited as a duo presenting a program of masterworks: Brahms Sonata in E minor Op. 38\, and the Debussy and Barber Sonatas for Cello and Piano.
