DESCRIPTION:Please join us on May 5th\, 2010 at Sarducci's Capistrano Depot at 7:30 a.m.\, for our monthly Business Breakfast. This month\, the Chamber is pleased to present two of the Principals of the Historic Town Center Master Plan Team\, Michael Bohn\, Design Director and Principal of Studio 111\, and David Sargent\, Principal of Sargent Town Planning.   In January 2010\, the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors chose Studio 111 from several RFP candidates to prepare an amendment to the Historic Town Center (HTC) Master Plan and to conduct environmental review of the amended plan subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).  Studio 111 plans to carry out a multi-disciplinary approach and will serve as the lead member of the planning and design team and will provide overall project management through the 17-month Master Plan amendment process.   Join us to learn more about the project process\, schedule\, area of study and precedent examples that could lead to appropriate strategies.
