Renowned Architect Michael Graves returns to San Juan Capistrano to
commemorate Library’s 30th birthday. The San Juan Capistrano Friends of the Library, in conjunction with American Architectural Institute Orange County, will host the preeminent architect of San Juan Capistrano’s iconic library, Michael Graves, when he returns to San Juan Capistrano to help commemorate the 30th anniversary
of its dedication in 1981. A keystone event in the 30th Anniversary Year celebration, Michael Graves will give his insights into classical and traditional architecture in the modern world at a lecture following a wine/cheese reception in the beautiful courtyard at the library he designed on his rise to international acclaim.
