E-Waste & Shredding

The City of San Juan Capistrano is partnering with Goodwill of Orange County and Southern California Shredding, Inc. for an e-waste and shredding event on Saturday, April 14 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. This event will take place in the City Hall Parking lot located at 32400 Paseo Adelanto. This is an opportunity to dispose of electronic waste such as old cell phones, computers, monitors, printers, toner cartridges, scanners, VCR/DVD players, TVs, microwaves and other small appliances free of charge. No household hazardous waste, such as paint, oil, and pesticides. This event will also provide an opportunity to have sensitive records securely destroyed for free. The mobile, on-site shredding truck provides the highest standard of security in document shredding. Shredding is limited to no more than four regular-sized file boxes per car. The event is on a first come, first served basis.
