Kimberly Klein
I’m Kimberly Klein, co-founder and co-owner of nom and someone who has never been afraid to reinvent her life. I’m a former educator, a longtime entrepreneur, and a mother of four who turned a deeply personal belief about food into a restaurant unlike anything else in San Juan Capistrano. At nom, we make bold, craveable bowls and spring rolls without gluten, dairy, refined sugar, or processed seed oils. I love building ideas from the ground up, creating meaningful experiences, and proving that doing things differently can be a business’s greatest strength.
